Fiona Cristol RN, RM, Dip.O.T.Sc.
Director
Fiona is a Registered Nurse with over 40 years experience. She qualified as a general nurse at The Royal Infirmary Edinburgh and as a midwife at The Rotunda Hospital, Dublin.

After specialising in trauma and theatre nursing, Fiona worked in hospitals in London, Edinburgh and South Africa and was then Matron of a private hospital in Johannesburg. She founded Northwood Nursing & Care Services in 2000. Under Fiona's leadership the agency has built a strong reputation for providing professional, people centered care.

Sarah Wildman LMCA (Leadership in Management of Care Award)
Director of Care Services
Sarah joined Northwood Nursing & Care Services in June 2008. She has an NVQ3 in Acute Nursing and has worked in the private sector for many years both in clinical and administrative roles.

Prior to embarking on her nursing career she was an underwriter. Her commercial experience has proved to be an invaluable asset to our company.

Carol Baragwanath
Office Administrator
Carol came to Northwood Nursing in February 2011 with an extensive background in Customer relations and management in the Health and Beauty Industry.

She has a proven track record working in large companies and has gained invaluable administration skills. Carol manages all the invoicing and payment systems for Northwood Nursing.

Simon Cristol BA Hons.
Office Manager
Following his Graduation, Simon worked in recruitment for a number of years before joining Northwood Nursing as the Recruitment Manager.

Simon sources calibre Nurses and Carers whom we feel embrace our company ethos to work for ourselves and other organisations requiring health care professionals.

Claire Ramsay
Care coordinator
Claire came to Northwood Nursing in January 2009 with a predominantly administrative background. She has worked for several large corporate companies but also has experience working within a hospital environment.

Claire is also a Health Care Assistant currently working towards her NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care.

Rita O'Carroll   NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care
Field Care Supervisor
Rita has worked for Northwood Nursing & Care Services for the past 7 years. During this time she has gained an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care.

She qualified as a dental nurse and practiced as such for 20 years. Her knowledge of our company and of our Service Users and Staff has made her transition into administration a natural progression.
