Fiona Cristol RN, RM, Dip.O.T.Sc.
Director
Fiona is a Registered Nurse with over 40 years experience. She qualified as a general nurse at The Royal Infirmary Edinburgh and as a midwife at The Rotunda Hospital, Dublin.
After specialising in trauma and theatre nursing, Fiona worked in hospitals in London, Edinburgh and South Africa and was then Matron of a private hospital in Johannesburg. She founded Northwood Nursing & Care Services in 2000. Under Fiona's leadership the agency has built a strong reputation for providing professional, people centered care. |

Simon Cristol BA Hons.
Director
Following his Graduation, Simon worked in recruitment for a number of years before joining Northwood Nursing as the Recruitment Manager.
Simon oversees the running of the office on a day to day basis. He also interviews each and every recruit who wish to work for our Company ensuring that only high calibre staff are selected. |

Cindy Tabram RN
Nurse Manager
Lucinda Tabram ‘Cindy’ joined Northwood Nursing’ in September 2011. She qualified as a nurse in 1978 and was a theatre sister for 10yrs, a clinical nurse advisor and clinical manager.
Her background also includes working in the private sector in clinical roles and care of the elderly. Her particular interest is in palliative care. Cindy enjoys her role here, particularly the excellence in care given and the genuine interest that everyone shows to our service users. |

Carol Baragwanath
Accounts Administrator
Carol came to Northwood Nursing in February 2011 with an extensive background in Customer relations and management in the Health and Beauty Industry.
She has a proven track record working in large companies and has gained invaluable administration skills. Carol manages all the invoicing and payment systems for Northwood Nursing. |

Claire Ramsay QCF 3 in Health and Social Care
Care Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor
Claire came to Northwood Nursing in January 2009 with a predominantly administrative background. She has worked for several large corporate companies but also has experience working within a hospital environment.
Claire completed her QCF 3 in Health and Social Care in July 2012 |

Rita O’Carroll NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care
Care Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor
Rita Joined Northwood Nursing’ in August 2002. During this time she has gained an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care.
She qualified as a dental nurse and practiced as such for 20 years. Her knowledge of our company and of our Service Users and Staff has made her transition into administration a natural progression. |

Jane Fortuna RN, BA Hons
Care Coordinator
Jane joined Northwood Nursing’ in November 2012. She is a Registered Nurse with experience in Acute Care.
Prior to this she worked for a number of years in academic administration and research funding. As well as helping to coordinate care, Jane assists with the vetting of new staff and staff supervisions. |

Sarah Guthrie RN
Training Facilitator
Sarah qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1982 gaining experience in both NHS and private sector. She worked in Accident and Emergency for 8 years and also has experience of caring for people with high dependency needs in their own homes.
Sarah joined Northwood Nursing and Care in June 2011 and is our Training Co Coordinator. She has completed her foundation in teaching course since being with us and has also achieved an OCN (Open College Network) accredited Dementia awareness trainer qualification. |

Helen MacVean
Administrative Assistant
Helen joined the Northwood Nursing’ team just over a year ago as an administrative assistant. Her administration background has included working for a variety of companies from small to large, both in Hertfordshire and London.
Helen enjoys being involved in the day to day administration of Northwood Nursing’ and, in particular, helping to organise the smooth running of Northwood Nursing’s robust training programme. |
