We provide high calibre nursing and care services to people in their own homes.

Northwood Nursing & Care Services meets with you in your own home to discuss and assess your needs. This service enables us to plan sensitively, carefully matching the Nurse or Health Care Assistant to your requirements.

We can help whatever the circumstances – elderly frail, serious illness, palliative care, post-surgical support, mentally and physically challenged, respite care or simply companionship. Our aim is to ensure that you, or the person in your care, are cared for and looked after in a way that allows the healing process to take place in a safe and discreet manner without loss of dignity. We help to rehabilitate patients who have had surgical intervention (such as hip or knee replacement) or following a serious illness.

Our qualified staff will monitor your progress, and make any necessary changes in agreement with you. We will liaise, with your permission, with other health care professionals, such as your GP or hospital, to maximize your care.

We have a strict recruitment policy. All our staff have been checked by the Criminal Records Bureau.
